This project was a study of a property in downtown Healdsburg. Two schemes were created to provide a prospective buyer or developer a realistic vision of the sites’ potential.

Scheme number one: a multi-family complex of 5 detached units, a common space including a pool, covered on-site parking, and two commercial/retail spaces with a sixth unit above. Each unit has their own covered patio and balcony.

The second scheme is a single family compound consisting of the main residence with guest wing, detached garage with studio above, guest house, bocce ball court, outdoor kitchen, and lap pool. Capturing all the ideal luxury amenities of a farm-house property but within walking distance to shops and restaurants. 

Both schemes encompass modern agrarian aesthetics - fitting into this trendy rural town in Sonoma County.
